Bhujangasana (Cobra)
1. Lie face down, arms bent, palms on the floor in line with the shoulders .
2. Press hard on the hands and raise head and shoulders as high as possible but keep your stomach on the floor.
3. Hold the pose for a few seconds and return to the original position. Inhale while rising, exhale while lowering.
Benefits: Makes the spine and back supple and increases breathing power.
