Matsyasana  (Fish Pose)

1. Assume the Lotus Posture (Padmasana)

2. Resting on your elbows gradually lie back without lifting your knees off the floor.

3. Grasp your toes with the fingers and arch your back.

Named the Fish, because it enables one to float without effort in water.

Benefits: A fine exercise for spine, torso and neck. It cure the disorders of the stomach and strengthens the trunk and the legs.
