Vrischikasan (Scorpion Pose)

1. Kneel.

2. Bend forward and place forearms on the floor, palms down, forearms parallel, about a foot apart.

3. Throw the legs up as if into a hand balance and straighten them.

4. Bend the knees and let the legs overhang the head.

5. Return to the kneeling position.

Benefits:  Keep the back supple and gives a sense of balance.
